Claws Out at Silvermax Television A Tale of TV Politics and Payback “I have a small request, Peter.” Peter tried to act normal but knew the request would be outrageous. He’d only been at the helm of the Silvermax television network for a few weeks and they were already circling. “What is that, Ronald?” Ronald…

Tuff Ship is indeed a "rollicking satirical adventure"; but with fully developed characters who you can like or loath - your choice. There is even room for redemption for some otherwise unlikeable characters - a message that there is hope for us all, even the incompetent and useless. I particularly liked the way psychological motivation/behavioural explanations are woven into the plot, it is clever and provides delicious insight into aspects of "the human condition". While the book is a Navy tale, it is written in a way that is easily understood by any readership. There is much absurdity in Navy, as there is in all big organisations, which can be difficult to recognise/navigate when you are young and new to the workplace. I finished reading Tuff Ship and was left with the thought "I think I know some of these people, in fact I think I have worked for some of them - but the reality is a...holes are everywhere and in every workplace, you could say they (a...holes) are universal". Finally my advice is, Enjoy! Adam. Australia (Amazon)

I really enjoyed this book to the very end and it was a hell of a page turner but very funny. Fred USA (Amazon)

I've been reading a bit of your book each night before I doze. It is so funny. Enjoying it so much. I loved the church scene at Max's funeral. Deb. Queensland.

I'm looking forward to the next book. You have very effectively made me dislike Glenda especially how she refers to her self in the third person. I find it very irritating and I dislike her character even more. Shannon. Perth.

Thank you for a very creative, entertaining and enlightening read. I enjoy it very much. Marc. Germany.

I much appreciated reading the book as it proceeds in an unexpected manner. Poor Glenda, ahaha. I would say your story is a "conscience shaker", where your ever present irony comes afloat. Alberto. Italy.

Author Jack Fringe writes about the perversions, fears, and deep seated psychological conditions of the staff in a manner that will keep you in stitches throughout the entire story. Choco. Canberra.

I sped through it, it was a great and very funny read. I really enjoyed the character interactions and the internal dialogues. I also thought you did an amazing job with making Glenda detestable, but also making her the car crash you can’t look away from. David Australia.

Glenda was part of my life for a few weeks. And now the bitch is gone I miss her. McGoo. Mackay.

I had some great laughs in your wonderfully weird book about Glenda, so look forward to more mad stories. Kelli. Sunshine Coast.
